Main Street <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Dear Publisher, <br />On April J ,2026, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners awarded a bid to the Daily <br />Record to serve as the Official County Newspaper beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30,2027. <br />I have included a copy of Resolution No. 2026-060 for your information and records. I have also <br />provided two original contracts between Kittitas County and the Daily Record for your review <br />and siglature. I would appreciate you signing them both and returning one fully executed <br />original to our office within 5 business days. As you will note, the Daily Record is to furnish a <br />Performance Bond in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($ 10,000.00) for the faithful <br />performance of the contract within ten (10) days of the date of notification of award.
