The proposed vacation area abuts the following parcels: <br /> -Tax Parcel No. 808435 (Petitioner—Lot 71) <br /> -Tax Parcel No. 818435 (Lot 72) <br /> -Tax Parcel Nos. 768435, 778435, 788435, 798435 (Lots 67-70) <br /> Reason for Re guest: <br /> The subject portion of the county right-of-way is useless as part of the jaunty road system within <br /> the meaning of RCW 36.87.010 and KCC 12.10.030, for the following reasons: <br /> a. This portion of the roadway has never been constructed, paved, or improved in any manner; <br /> b. The right-of-way has remained unused for vehicular or public travel for decades; <br /> c. The topography of the site consists of a steep hillside, making future road construction <br /> impractical and cost-prohibitive; <br /> d. Adequate roadway access and vehicle turnaround areas exist on the improved roadway <br /> immediately north of the subject area. <br /> 7.
