This technology allows us to generate reliable headcounts by identifying individuals in various zones and calculating
attendance over time. It also helps us understand peak hours and guest flow, which informs future event planning and staffing.
In addition to visual analysis, we cross-reference attendance estimates with vendor and food & beverage sales. By tracking the
number of tasting tickets sold, food truck transactions, and beverage purchases, we gain a secondary data point that validates
our visual counts. This dual-method approach ensures accuracy and provides a comprehensive picture of guest engagement.
Together, these tools allow us to report attendance confidently and demonstrate the tourism impact of our events to stakeholders
and funding partners.
2500 character limit
Application Questions: Part 5
Yes
No
We are applying for LTAC Grant Funding, we may seek outside sponsorship depending on the status of our funding request.
2500 character limit
If funding for our request is not available or recommended, we will implement several adjustments to ensure Suncadia's Holiday
Drone Show can still proceed while maintaining its core appeal:
Seek Alternative Sponsorships: We will intensify outreach to local and regional businesses for sponsorships and in-kind
contributions.
