Our mailing list expands that reach to nearly 500
households, with 33% located outside Kittitas County and 20% out of state—demonstrating a significant external audience. Our
email list now includes 292 contacts, with ongoing efforts to add non-members and visitors to this distribution.
• Print & Digital Newsletters: Each year we mail a year-end newsletter with a calendar of events. In 2025, we expanded by
adopting Mailchimp to distribute a monthly digital newsletter, allowing us to promote events, share stories, and increase
engagement.
• Professional Media Production: We invested in professional photography and videography for our three main events this year
to strengthen our digital marketing and social media content. Going forward, we plan to increase the use of video and expand
our presence across multiple platforms.
• Community Partnerships: As an active member of the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, we leverage their resources to
share and advertise events.
Looking ahead, we plan to enhance our marketing strategy through new signage, printed brochures, and targeted advertising in
social media, print, and video. With professional support and expanded resources, we will be well positioned to capture the
attention of the thousands of tourists already visiting our area and connect them to our unique cultural and historical assets.
2500 character limit
Application Questions: Part 3
Our success is built on collaboration. Partner logos are prominently displayed across event materials—including advertising,
programs, signs, posters, flyers, and banners—before, during, and after events. Each event is followed by a dedicated “Thank
You” ad to highlight and recognize sponsors and collaborators.
We also feature business partners through prizes, gifts, and auction items that encourage community members and visitors to
engage with local businesses. At events, banners highlight local sponsors, and through our new sponsorship plan, we are
expanding this visibility with targeted social media promotion.
By combining traditional recognition with modern digital outreach, we ensure our partners receive lasting exposure while
strengthening the connection between visitors, community members, and the businesses that support cultural tourism in our
region.
2500 character limit
