Should this be accepted, we agree to appear at the Kittitas County, within ten (10), Calendar Days from <br />the date of the Notice of Acceptance and return the signed contracts (3) and to provide the <br />Performance and Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance. <br />We agree to begin work within ONE (1) Calendar Day from the date of the Notice to Proceed, and to <br />proceed so as to complete the project within the number of Working Days specified.
