The completed Work will provide Owner with the Kittitas County Cle Elem <br />Transfer Station Front Entrance upgrades, demolition of unused buildings and <br />features. This new Work consists of the following general construction <br />elements: <br />ITEM <br />NO.DESCRIPTION SUMMARY OF WORK <br />1.Excavation and filling to grades <br />shown on Drawings. <br />General excavation and embankment fill <br />include site clearing, erosion control, topsoil <br />removal, stockpiling, layout staking, survey <br />control and QA/QC testing. All Work and <br />materials needed to develop onsite grades are <br />included in this Bid. Any damage to existing <br />utilities or other systems to remain shall be <br />repaired as an incidental to this Bid. <br />2.Installation of asphalt road shown on <br />Drawings. <br />The construction of entry and recycling <br />access roads includes layout staking, and <br />survey control, measurements (as-builts) <br />survey, subgrade preparation, reinforcing <br />geotextile, ballast, road surfacing, and all <br />other work and materials to complete this <br />Bid. <br />3. Demolition of existing features. Complete demolition of existing buildings, <br />concrete slabs and old scale and associated <br />electrical (shown on Drawings to be <br />demolished). <br />4. Installation of concrete pad and ecology <br />block wall for white goods area. <br />Construction of the concrete pad and ecology <br />block includes all Work, materials and equip- <br />ment related to the construction of the pad <br />and non-load bearing wall. <br />5.Installation of asphalt trailer parking <br />as shown on Drawings. <br />Construction of the asphalt trailer parking <br />includes all Work, materials and equipment <br />related to the construction of the parking area.
