<br /> <br />Kittitas County <br />Cle Elum Transfer Station <br />Driveway Improvements and Tank Replacement Project Bid Documents <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INVITATION TO BID <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Commissioner’s office located at 205 W 5th Ave, Suite <br />108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 until 11:00:59 A.M. Pacific Time on ____________, 2026, and there publicly <br />opened and read. <br />The Kittitas County Cle Elum Transfer Station Driveway Improvements and Tank Replacement Project is <br />a State and locally funded project that consists of demolition, grading, surfacing, paving, illumination, <br />waste-water tank replacement, cement concrete pavement, retaining walls and pavement markings. <br />Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for electronic download at www.questcdn.com. Insert <br />the eBidDoc __________ to download the digital documents for $22.00. Plans, specifications, and bid <br />documents are also available at the office of SCJ Alliance, in Wenatchee at 25 North Wenatchee Avenue, Ste. <br />238, Wenatchee, WA 98801 upon payment of $50.00. Contract documents are on file for inspection at the <br />Kittitas County Commissioner’s Office. <br />A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all bids. All bids shall be marked “SEALED BID <br />FOR Kittitas County Cle Elum Transfer Station Driveway Improvements and Tank Replacement Project <br />on the outside of the envelope. <br />Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the <br />total price shall be used for comparison of bids. The Kittitas County reserves the right to reject any or all <br />bids for cause. Time for completion of the work is limited to 45 working days. The engineer’s estimated <br />range for this project is $850,000 to $1,100,000. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours <br />set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period <br />exceeding forty-five (45) days. <br />The Kittitas County is an equal opportunity employer.
