<br />Know all men by these presents: That whereas the Kittitas County, Ellensburg, Washington 98926 has
<br />awarded to

<br />hereinafter designated as the “Principal” a contract for the construction of the project designated Cle
<br />Elum Transfer Station Driveway Improvements and Tank Replacement Project, Kittitas County,
<br />Washington, all as hereto attached and made a part hereof and whereas, said principal is required under
<br />the terms of said contract to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of said contract.

<br />authored to do business in the State of Washington, as surety, are held jointly and severally and firmly
<br />bound unto the Kittitas County, Washington, in the sum of:

<br />ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by
<br />those presents.

<br />THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that the above bonded principal, his or its heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, successors, or assigns, shall in all things stand to and abide by, and well and
<br />truly keep and perform the principal’s covenants, conditions, and agreements in the said contract, and
<br />shall faithfully perform all the provisions of such contract and shall also well and truly perform and fulfill
<br />all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of any and all duly authorized
<br />modifications, additions or changes of said contract that may hereafter be made, at the time and in the
<br />manner therein specified, and the Surety agrees to indemnify, defend, and protect the Kittitas County
<br />against any claim of direct or indirect loss resulting from the failure of the principal, his or its heirs,
<br />executors, administrators, successors, or assigns, (or any of the employees, subcontractors, or lower tier
<br />subcontractors of the principal) to faithfully perform the contract, and shall pay all persons in
<br />accordance with RCW Titles 60.28, 39.08 and 39.12 including all workers, laborers, mechanics,
<br />subcontractors, lower tier subcontractors, and material suppliers, and all persons who shall supply the
<br />principal or subcontractor with provisions and supplies for carrying on such work, and all taxes incurred
<br />on said contract under RCW Titles 50 and 51, and all taxes imposed on the principal under RCW Title 82,
<br />and shall indemnify and save harmless the Kittitas County, their officers, agents, employees and duly
<br />authorized representatives from any claim for such payment, in which case this obligation shall become
