WSDOT's <br />Predetermined List for <br />Suppliers - Manufactures - Fabricator <br />Below is a list of potentially prefabricated items, originally furnished by WSDOT to <br />Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, that may be considered non- <br />standard and therefore covered by the prevailing wage law, RCW 39.12. Items marked <br />with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br />covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br />considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br />general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br />described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION <br />1. Metal rectangular frames, solid metal covers, herringbone grates, <br />and bi-directional vaned grates for Catch Basin <br />Types 1, 1 L, 1 P, and 2 and Concrete Inlets. See Std. Plans <br />2. Metal circular frames (rings) and covers, circular grates, <br />and prefabricated ladders for Manhole Types 1, 2, and 3, <br />Drywell Types 1, 2, and 3 and Catch Basin Type 2. <br />See Std. Plans <br />3. Prefabricated steel grate supports and welded grates, <br />metal frames and dual vaned grates, and Type 1, 2, and <br />3 structural tubing grates for Drop Inlets. See Std. Plans. <br />4. Concrete Pipe - Plain Concrete pipe and reinforced <br />concrete pipe Class 2 to 5 sizes smaller than 60 inch diameter. <br />5. Concrete Pipe - Plain Concrete pipe and reinforced <br />concrete pipe Class 2 to 5 sizes larger than 60 inch diameter. <br />6. Corrugated Steel Pipe - Steel lock seam corrugated <br />pipe for culverts and storm sewers, sizes 30 inch <br />to 120 inches in diameter. May also be treated, 1 thru 5. <br />7. Corrugated Aluminum Pipe - Aluminum lock seam corrugated <br />pipe <br />for culverts and storm sewers, sizes 30 inch to 120 inches in <br />diameter.
