Panel Length: <br />1. Equal division of total length of removable fence section. <br />2. Maximum 10 feet. <br />B. Frames: Match style of existing onsite fencing. <br />2.07 CONCRETE <br />A. Materials: ASTM C387, packaged, dry, combined ingredients with Type I <br />cement. <br />B. Mixing: In a clean metal container, mix package of dry materials by hand or <br />machine. Following manufacturer’s instructions, add clean water in sufficient <br />quantity to produce a slump of 2 inches to 3 inches. <br />2.08 FENCE GROUNDING <br />A. Conductors: Bare, solid wire for 6 AWG and smaller; stranded wire for <br />4 AWG and larger. <br />1. Material above Finished Grade: Copper. <br />2. Material on or below Finished Grade: Copper. <br />3. Bonding Jumpers: Braided copper tape, 1-inch wide, woven of 30 AWG <br />bare copper wire, terminated with copper ferrules. <br />B. Connectors and Grounding Rods: Comply with UL 467. <br />1. Connectors for Below-Grade Use: Exothermic welded type. <br />2. Grounding Rods: Copper-clad steel. <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />3.01 GENERAL <br />A. Install chain link fences and gates in accordance with ASTM F567, except as <br />modified in this section, and in accordance with fence manufacturer’s <br />recommendations, as approved by Engineer. Erect fencing in straight lines <br />between angle points. <br />B. Provide necessary hardware for a complete fence and gate installation.
