Control vehicular parking to preclude interference with public traffic or <br />parking, Owner’s operations, or construction operations. <br />B. Use staging area(s) designated on Drawings for parking of Contractor’s <br />vehicles. Employee’s vehicles shall be parked outside of the facility. <br />Coordinate with Owner. <br />3.07 VEHICULAR TRAFFIC <br />A. Comply with Laws and Regulations regarding closing or restricting use of <br />public streets or highways. No public or private road shall be closed, except <br />by written permission of proper authority. Ensure the least possible <br />obstruction to traffic and normal commercial pursuits. <br />B. Conduct the Work to interfere as little as possible with public travel, whether <br />vehicular or pedestrian. <br />C. When flaggers and guards are required by regulation or when deemed <br />necessary for safety, furnish them with approved orange wearing apparel and <br />other regulation traffic control devices. <br />3.08 CLEANING DURING CONSTRUCTION <br />A. In accordance with General Conditions, as may be specified in other <br />Specification sections, and as required herein. <br />B. Provide approved containers for collection and disposal of waste materials, <br />debris, and rubbish. At least weekly, dispose of such waste materials, debris, <br />and rubbish offsite. <br />END OF SECTION
