KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Agreement for Services between <br />Kittitas County and Robin H Read <br />Consulting PHMH26-002 <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of April 7, 2026, by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Robin H Read <br />Consulting (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated March 3, 2026 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: Contract start date to change to February 1, 2026. <br />2.
