This request for additional services, is for costs incurred <br />following the submission for permit and bidding documents. <br />Following the completion of bidding documents for the stadia system, ALSC and <br />consultant DCI coordinated the structural foundations with Dant Clayton's. Differences in <br />the preliminary layout from NorPac to the current layout resulted in efficiencies in the <br />stadia configuration but required additional foundations. During this coordination <br />structural building foundations required redesign based on ongoing coordination with <br />share foundations between building and stadia elements. <br />In addition to stadia foundation coordination and design, we received requests from <br />project stakeholders and the AHJ for changes that came following completion of <br />construction and bid documents. Changes include stage relocation, site telecom <br />infrastructure, buckaroo panel replacement, and event lighting panel feeders. The <br />following is a summary of DCI Engineers and MW Engineers costs incurred for these <br />additional services. ALSC incurred $5,120.00 in additional costs which we are absorbing <br />in our current contract fee. Our request for the additional fee is our consultant team only. I <br />have attached their cost breakdowns for your records and consideration. <br />DCI Engineers: <br />® Stadia Foundation: $12,863.00 <br />MW Engineers (Electrical): <br />® Electrical Adds: $8,280.00 <br />Ken 1.
