This is necessary to protect important <br /> farmland which is the basis of the agricultural industry. Please see page 5 of <br /> this letter for more information. <br /> • Table 4-2 on page 81, the comprehensive plan, and development regulation <br /> updates must identify sufficient land for housing affordable to families earning <br /> zero to 30 percent, 30 to 50 percent, 50 to 8o percent, 80 to 100 percent, and <br /> 100 to 120 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). This is necessary to <br /> provide adequate opportunities for housing for all.
