Docusign Envelope ID: 1OBC9C18-B2D4-4ECE-8COA-D7C9B69F3F42 <br />ATTACHMENT A - SCOPE OF WORK <br />Funds awarded under this grant shall be used by Kittitas Valley Event Center for the construction <br />activities for the Ellensburg Rodeo Grandstands located at 901 E. 7th Ave, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br />This will include, but not be limited to, foundation work with reinforced concrete footings and precast <br />concrete elements to ensure structural integrity; metal framing, masonry walls, a roofing system providing <br />durability and weather resistance; interior partition walls and doors; a robust mechanical, electrical, and <br />plumbing system; and stadium seating and grandstands. <br />This Project will serve as a benefit to the public by providing an accessible, comfortable, enjoyable, and <br />safe experience for rodeo spectators and visitors to the historic Kittitas County Fairgrounds District. <br />This Project is anticipated to be completed by June 30, 2027. <br />Costs related to the work associated with the Project will only be reimbursed to the extent the work is <br />determined by COMMERCE to be within the scope of the legislative appropriation. <br />CERTIFICATION PERFORMANCE MEASURE <br />The GRANTEE, by its signature, certifies that the declaration set forth above has been reviewed and <br />approved by the GRANTEE's governing body as of the date and year written below. <br />Signed by:'►�llA�rl+A�� <br />66 VV tl <br />Chair, Board of county Commissioners <br />TITLE <br />1/30/2026 1 9:33 AM PST <br />DATE <br />30 <br />
