As part of this <br />process, COP No. 16 will be eliminated and its relevant overtime <br />(OT) provisions incorporated into COP No. 7 to streamline <br />approvals and tracking. <br />The proposed revisions to COP No. 7 include adjusting the project <br />schedule to add no more than four additional calendar days, <br />resulting in a revised substantial completion date of July 27. This <br />revision maintains compliance with the ultimate completion date of <br />July 31, while providing limited schedule flexibility. In addition, <br />the anticipated regular work hours included in COP No. 7 will be <br />revised to apply only to the four additional days. This change will <br />reduce the total regular hours previously included for the contractor <br />and subcontractors and adjust associated costs accordingly. <br />Overtime hours included in COP No. 7 will be limited to specific <br />scopes of work, including Civil, Concrete, Electrical, and <br />Contractor Supervision/Management. These overtime hours are <br />intended to support schedule completion and do not represent a <br />duplication of regular work hours.
