Grant Agreement Purpose <br />The purpose of this performance -based Grant Agreement is to provide funding for Ellensburg Rodeo Grandstands <br />(Ellensburg), a legislatively approved project that furthers the goals and objectives of constructing the Ellensburg Rodeo <br />Grandstands as described in Attachment A — Scope of Work. <br />COMMERCE, defined as the Washington State Department of Commerce, and the GRANTEE, as defined above, <br />acknowledge and accept the terms of this Grant Agreement and attachments and have executed this Grant Agreement on <br />the date below to start as of the date and year referenced above.
