After deduction of DOC's administrative fee, the total grant <br />reimbursement available to the County is $1,470,000. These funds <br />may be applied to eligible construction -related costs associated with <br />the project. <br />At the earliest opportunity, the Event Center Director will submit a <br />reimbursement request to DOC for the full $1,470,000, supported <br />by paid construction invoices that exceed this amount. <br />DOC will provide an agreement via email to Chairman Cory <br />Wright for electronic signature. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Signature on Grant Agreement <br />ATTACHMENT(S): -T��� `- <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, CFE — Event Center Director <br />
