Washington State Sales Tax has been not been included in proposal <br />2. Prevailing Wage has been accounted for in proposal. <br />3. Rock excavation (i.e. Solid Rock, Caliche, Hard Pan, Cemented Soils and/or Boulders larger than 1 Cubic Yard) have not been included. Price Negotiation will be <br />required if these materials are encountered. <br />4, Over Excavation of Unsuitable Material has not been accounted for, price negotiation will be required if these materials are encountered. <br />S. Excludes Water System Support. <br />6. Exludes Construction Survey. <br />7. Engineering & Professional Surveying Services are Excluded. <br />8. Fees for Utilities, County, City, Etc are not included. Cultural Resource Services are not covered in our scope. <br />9. Hazardous Materials Abatement, Removal, Handling, Disposal, etc. are not expected onsite and are therefore Excluded. <br />10. Watering & Dust Control are Included for Selland's scope of work and duration only. No OT Dust Control or beyond our work. <br />11. Erosion Control Inspections, Reporting, Monitoring & Maintenance are Excluded. Stormwater Permit by others. <br />12. Dust control has been provided while we are actively working the site. No permanent or sustained dust control or mitigation has been included. <br />13. Any scope of work not specifically included as a line item in this proposal is excluded. <br />14. Actual quantities installed shall be tracked/measured and the basis of payment at the unit prices included in this proposal unless otherwise agreed. <br />15. Due to global supply chain disruptions and market volatility we reserve the exclusive right to adjust our proposal for material escalation. <br />16. Proposal is valid for 30 days.
