Change Order No. 2 <br />consolidates multiple change proposal requests (COPS) necessary to <br />address items that were either not fully defined in the original plans <br />or discovered during construction. <br />Change Order No. 2 includes work associated with additional <br />telecommunications conduit and infrastructure, investigation and <br />replacement of existing electrical feeders, stormwater system <br />modifications, and clarification of event lighting requirements. It <br />also addresses required structural footings for HSS components and <br />correction of non -code -compliant wiring serving the First Aid <br />Station. These changes are intended to ensure the facility meets <br />current code requirements, supports long-term operational needs, <br />and accommodates future technology and event demands. <br />The total cost of Change Order No. 2 is $167,807.12, resulting in a <br />revised contract sum of $5,286,986.49, exclusive of state and local <br />sales tax.
