BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH <br />ASPHALT MATERIALS FOR 2026 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 3,2026,to <br />furnish Asphalt Materials for 2026; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 19,2026, at2:00 p.m. at Kittitas County <br />Public Works and two (2) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bids of Granite <br />Construction Company and Interstate Concrete and Asphalt be accepted for <br />Schedules "A" and "B" to ensure availability of product; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2026 Asphalt Materials Schedules'oA" <br />and'oB" to Granite Construction Company 4!
