t <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COI.INTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2026-01\.( <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2026 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 3,2026,to <br />fumish Crack Sealant Materials for 2026; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 19,2026, at2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office, and three (3) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of SealMaster <br />Washington for Schedule "A" be accepted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2026 Crack Sealant Materials to <br />SealMaster Washington for Schedule "A", be accepted, upon such terms and conditions as <br />specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is authorized to sign the <br />contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />DATED this 3rd day of March2026, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS LINTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Attest: <br />E Clerk of the Board- <br />Clerk of the <br />Julie Kjorsvik <br />Boud:l}iLkmf Vice-Chairman <br />oQ <br />go <br />Cou <br />Commissioner
