N ,a <br />GUARDTAN RFID <br />(o) Cooperative Purchasinq. GUARDIAN RFID acknowledges that the Customer has a role in <br />developing and encouraging cooperative purchasing efforts among governmental entities. <br />GUARDIAN RFID agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in <br />facilitating its cooperative purchasing efforts to the extent such efforts relate to the GUARDIAN <br />RFID System. <br />(p) Governinq Law.
