BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - <br /> APPROVE THE ACQUISITON FOR ADDITIONAL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR BULLFROG <br /> ROAD AND AUTHORITY TO SIGN DEED <br /> WHEREAS: The Bullfrog Flats development has been approved through the City of Cle Elum; and <br /> WHEREAS: Through development review traffic mitigation by the development is required on <br /> Bullfrog Road; and <br /> WHEREAS: The developer of Bullfrog Flats desires to construct the roundabout on Bullfrog Road to <br /> provide for the required traffic mitigation included in the project requirements; and <br /> WHEREAS: Current County Road right-of-way is insufficient for the construction of the roundabout; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS: Bullfrog Flats LLC owns the property on the south side of the road and Suncadia <br /> Community Council owns the property on the north side of the road; and <br /> WHEREAS: Bullfrog Flats LLC and Suncadia Community Council have freely provided deeds to <br /> provide sufficient right-of-way for the proposed roundabout. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest <br /> of the public,does hereby authorize Board Chair signature on the deed of public right-of- <br /> way to accept the necessary right-of-way to the County and directs the County Engineer <br /> to update(as pertinent)the County Road Log and other documents associated with the <br /> right-of-way. <br /> DATED this 9th day of March 2026, at Ellensburg,Washington. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY,WASHINGTON <br /> Cory Wright, Chairman <br /> Attest: <br /> ❑ Clerk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik <br /> Brett Wachsmith,Vice-Chairman <br /> ❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board-Mandy Buchholz <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
