Grantee desires to obtain from Grantor, and Grantor desires to dedicate to Grantee <br /> that portion of the Grantor Property where the roundabout will be constructed, for Grantee to <br /> own and maintain as a public right of way. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1.
