(Effective: <br />0r.0r.25-12.3r.26) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Amendment to the KC Friends of Animals agreement updates the scope of work. The 1/1Oth <br />of Ioh Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax funding award to private financial <br />veterinary assistance to animals owned by youth, veterans, and seniors in Kittitas County. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved December 1,2025 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved December 5,2025. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to authorize contract amendment for <br />a Contract between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Friends of Animals.
