Services included: <br />Review and provide recommendations for Application Files <br />backup and restoration policies and procedures. This <br />includes Cognos but does not report output files. <br /> Y <br />Review and provide recommendations for non-Application <br />Files backup policies and restoration and procedures. This <br />includes items such as Cayenta file (contact) attachments <br />and Cognos report outputs. <br /> Y <br />UPDATES AND PATCHES <br />CMS performs regular maintenance to ensure that your Production and Non-Production Add-On Product environments <br />are at the appropriate versions. Any dependencies for the Core Product will also be completed by CMS in order to fully <br />update the Add-On Products. Services included: <br />Applicable to Software Manager Based Products <br />Apply updates and Core Product patch dependencies to <br />the Production environment Y <br />Apply updates and Core Product patch dependencies to <br />dedicated non-production environment(s) Y Environment(s) must be <br />specified in requests. <br />Specific to Customer Self-Service & Cayenta Router <br />Apply updates and Core Product patch dependencies to <br />the Production environment Y <br />Apply updates and Core Product patch dependencies to <br />dedicated non-production environment(s) Y Environment(s) must be <br />specified in requests. <br />Maintain and update Web Server (Tomcat) software Y <br />
