Harris Computer Corporation Page 3 <br /> <br />Overview <br />Cayenta Managed Services is composed of a base offering, Standard Managed Services, and additional <br />optional services. These services are not included in the Cayenta Software and Maintenance Fees. <br />Kittitas County hereafter referenced as “Customer”. <br />Services Pricing <br /> <br />Service Offering <br />One-Time <br />Setup <br />Cost <br />Monthly <br />Reoccurring <br />Cost <br />Annual <br />Reoccurring <br />Cost <br />Standard Managed Services – Core Application $3,120.00* $3,110.79 $37,329.47 <br />Standard Managed Services – Add-On Application $1,000.00* $1,458.00 $17,496.00 <br /> <br />Note: Pricing is subject to additional increases if Customer adds additional products or installations not captured in <br />the Cayenta Products section to their portfolio in the future. <br />* 50% off One-Time Setup Cost 36-month term <br />Payment Schedule <br />One-Time Setup Costs are billed upon signing. Reoccurring Costs are billed on an annual basis upon the <br />Effective Date of the Managed Services Agreement. The Reoccurring Costs are subject to annual increases. <br />Services Overview <br />Standard Managed Services <br />Standard Managed Services includes Application for Cayenta Core Products and Application Services for <br />Cayenta Add-On Products. Cayenta Add-On Products utilize the same database as their related Core <br />Products. This means that no additional Database Services are required for these products. <br />Cayenta Products <br />The table below represents the Cayenta Core Products and Add-On Products Installations for the <br />Customer at the time of this agreement signing. The counts are split between Production installations and <br />non-production installations.
