LODGING TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br /> 205 W 5th, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Monday 1: 00 PM October 20, 2025 <br /> Committee members present: <br /> Jessica Karraker, Roylene Crawford, Victor Woodward, Karen <br /> Porter <br /> Others present: Amy McGuffin, Kittitas County Chamber of <br /> Commerce <br /> Staff : Clerk Lisa Bugni, County Auditor Bryan Elliott <br /> The Meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) was <br /> opened at 1: 00 pm, Chairman Osiadacz was not present, and <br /> Jessica Karraker was appointed acting Chairman for the meeting <br /> by Chairman Osiadacz . <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS-None <br /> REVIEW 2026 GRANT APPLICATIONS <br /> The remaining grant applications were reviewed, individual <br /> scores for the committee were previously submitted in <br /> Laserfiche. The committee discussed applications and scores, <br /> final committee scores and comments were entered in Laserfiche. <br /> ISSUES AND OBSTACLES (10 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br /> Amy McGuffin asked for the Chamber of Commerce contract to be <br /> added to the November LTAC agenda for discussion. Review of <br /> small capital and priorities of business micro-grants were also <br /> suggestions for the November agenda. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> There was a brief discussion of the November 14 CLTAC grant <br /> review and who would be in attendance from the committee: <br /> Jessica Karraker, Karen Porter and Laura Osiadacz will be in <br /> attendance, Victor Woodward will be on standby, if needed to <br /> attend, Roylene Crawford will not be in attendance. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> None <br /> 1 <br /> 10/20/25 LTAC Minutes <br />
