x[rrrrAs COUNTY <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and UPPER KITTITAS COUNTY SENIOR <br />CENTER (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: provide public services which benefit senior citizens and <br />others in Upper Kittitas County. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through December 31, 2026 unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />rni im-ry <br />Kittitas County <br />205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Project Contact: <br />Zack DeHaven <br />Budget and Finance Director <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office <br />CONTRACTOR <br />Upper Kittitas County Senior Center <br />P.O.
