This COP <br />addresses a required change to the originally specified exterior lighting fixtures at the MRW. <br />During coordination and procurement, it was identified that the originally planned fixtures had <br />an excessively high lumen output and were significantly heavier than what is practical for the <br />mounting conditions. The current fixtures present concerns related to structural loading, <br />installation feasibility, and appropriate lighting levels for the space. <br />To resolve this issue, two options have been developed and are outlined below for your <br />consideration. <br />Option A— Engineers Revised Design <br />$10,050.71 + WSST <br />Option B — Electrical Contractors Recommendation $6,270.23 + WSST <br />Time extension required: 10 days <br />Sincerely, <br />i <br />Riley Eres, <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />
