The hot water system is in fair condition. <br />Figure 3-22 Rheem Water Heaters <br />4.0 HISTORICAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION ANALYSIS <br />The city of Ellensburg provides electricity and natural gas to the Kittitas County Courthouse. <br />Water and sewer services are provided by Kittitas County Public Works.
