BOARD OF COI.]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 -O3 [ <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL OF LEVY <br />CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARI) <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its <br />budget for the Calendar Year 2026; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved (Resolution 2025- <br />238) the levying certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of <br />Kittitas County; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works has worked with County <br />Departments to obtain the information needed as part of the Certification of the <br />road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produces for 2026 (Exhibit 1); and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required (WAC 136-150) to <br />submit an annual Digital Certification to the County Road Administration Board <br />and; <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board Digital Submittal Certification requires <br />Board of County Commissioners Chair signature and submittal electronically. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby move to approve Chair digital <br />Signature on the Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board. <br />DATED 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS , WASHTNGTON <br />Cory Wright,Chairman <br />Attest: <br />n Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Vice-Chairman <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />0o?{.-} u &i Lo"rcq <br />ommlssloner
