Explain how data was <br />used in these studies/reviews/plans. <br /> <br />The Average Daily Traffic (ADT) counts, and pavement ratings are conducted every year for all county <br />roads. Each county road is rated every other year. These counts and ratings are used to prioritize <br />future transportation improvements. All county roads are included in this analysis, considering all <br />populations groups -including minority, women, low -income, and limited English proficiency <br />population groups equally. Title VI provisions will be met throug h any contracts associated with this <br />activity. <br /> <br />9. Project Location and Design – Provide a list of construction projects that b e gan during this reporting <br />period. Using a map of the LPAs service area, identify project locations, and a brief description of the <br />projects’ benefits/burdens to affected populations. Huntzinger Rd Safety Improvements-Phase 1 <br /> <br /> <br />Project burdens were temporary such as traffic delays and noise from construction equipment. Road <br />alignments remained as existing. Benefits identified include improved reliability of the ro ad and <br />transportation system. This improves safety as well as maintains and improves emergency <br />management access as well as access by residents.
