BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 -_____ <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL OF LEVY <br />CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its <br />budget for the Calendar Year 2026; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved (Resolution 2025- <br />238) the levying certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of <br />Kittitas County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works has worked with County <br />Departments to obtain the information needed as part of the Certification of the <br />road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produces for 2026 (Exhibit 1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required (WAC 136-150) to <br />submit an annual Digital Certification to the County Road Administration Board <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board Digital Submittal Certification requires <br />Board of County Commissioners Chair signature and submittal electronically. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby move to approve Chair digital <br />Signature on the Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board. <br /> <br />DATED this 17th day of February 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Attest: <br /> <br />☐ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik ________________________________ <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br /> _______________________________ ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br /> <br />
