Doing so <br />places the burden on residents and the County. <br /> <br />I ask the County to require a documented compliance review identifying unmet <br />obligations and ensuring they are resolved prior to any extension decision. <br /> <br />Accountability is fundamental to responsible development. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Devon Thomas
