I support responsible development, but I believe it <br />is essential that the County verify compliance with the existing agreement before granting any <br />extension. <br />The current Development Agreement establishes clear requirements concerning infrastructure <br />delivery, environmental mitigation, public amenities, and financial responsibilities. Given the <br />length and complexity of this project, it is not clear that all obligations have been fully <br />satisfied or documented. <br />Before considering an extension, I respectfully request that the County conduct a formal, <br />written compliance review of the existing Development Agreement. This review should <br />clearly identify which obligations have been completed, which have expired by their terms, <br />and which obligations remain outstanding. <br />Granting an extension without this verification risks carrying unresolved obligations forward <br />and undermines confidence in the Development Agreement process. A compliance review <br />protects residents, future buyers, and the County itself. <br />Thank you for your attention to this request.
