From:Jamey Ayling <br />To:"Frank Leonetti" <br />Subject:RE: Project File Number: DV-25-00001 <br />Date:Wednesday, December 31, 2025 3:38:00 PM <br />Good afternoon Frank, <br /> <br />Honestly there is no concern to any of the properties within the Suncadia development. <br />Suncadia has requested an extension to the existing development agreement for fifteen years <br />so that they can keep using the same development standards to hopefully complete the <br />originally proposed and approved buildout for an additional 15 years rather than being subject <br />to new standards that have been adopted since the original approval in 2000. The original <br />agreement expires in 2030 and they don’t think they will be built out by then so they requested <br />an extension to 2045. This action requires public hearing which is why I sent notice to the 2189 <br />property owners. Any additional questions let me know.
