We have experienced the continued erosion of the <br />Development’s original vision, resulting in misrepresentations, unfulfilled promises and risk of diminished <br />value of our significant investment in the community. <br />Our request is that Kittitas Community Development Services perform a comprehensive compliance <br />review prior to any decision granting the extension of a Development Agreement.
