Fred Mattison Jan 24, 2026 I'm not aware of any requirement to extend the MPR agreement and especially a 15-year extension of the pain to taxpayers. Any extension will also extend the developers' ability to mismanage the associations per the CC&R's. If you are going to consider any extension of the MPR, Kittitas County should review the application just like a new application for development. All of the studies are older than 20 years.
