completed through this grant. Director Bala is planning a <br />kickoff hopefully at the end of February. <br />Chairman Wright asked how much the grant was. Director Bala said <br />it was for $790,000 with $540,000 to Kimley-Horn and $250,000 <br />for staff costs. Chairman Wright asked if the community <br />engagement part would be overlapping the current Comp Plan. <br />Director Bala said this will be new one. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz made a motion to approve resolution 2026- <br />026 to amend Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Professional <br />Services Agreement for Planning Support Services to include the <br />scope of work and budget for the Clean Energy Siting and <br />Permitting (CESP) Grant task order, scope of work, and budget. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Discussion - Chairman Wright stated he <br />appreciated the work done on this and recognized that it is the <br />first one in the state to be done.
