July 28th, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Brett <br />Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Board members absent: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney; Infrastructure Manager Bill <br />Davis; Admin Assistant Grant Shimada <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING IT STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Information Technology <br />Study Session. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no citizen comments. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION Communication and County Branding IT <br /> <br />Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney developed a communication survey <br />that will be sent out to DH/EO’s to gather department communication <br />objectives. Commissioner Wachsmith supports the survey. Assessment <br />Coordinator Mackenzie Carter assisted with developing this survey and <br />will also assist with analyzing the responses. <br /> <br />Mr. Kinney reported his early findings to rebrand the County’s logo <br />and seal. Mr. Kinney’s recommendation is to use the current logo and <br />bring it up to modern stylistic standards. The Board agrees with Zane’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION Public Website IT <br /> <br />The IT department has signed a contract with a web developing company, <br />Diagram Inc., to develop the County’s new public website and intranet. <br />The company who will be hosting the new public website and intranet, <br />Umbraco Cloud LLC, has sent over a contract that is currently being <br />reviewed by IT’s legal counselor. <br /> <br />MEETING CONCLUSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:26 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz concluded the Information Technology <br />Study Session.
