Runways <br />ft - --A- �- A k- <br />Taxiways <br />i <br />4 <br />Hydrogen <br />Environmental Assessments <br />Development <br />Electric Aircraft <br />Charging <br />Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) <br />The Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) is Washington's environmental cleanup taw. MTCA funds and directs <br />the investigation, cleanup, and prevention of sites that are contaminated by hazardous substances. All <br />Hazardous Substance Tax (HST) funds are deposited in the Model Toxic Control Capital Account. The <br />Petroleum Products Tax (PPT) revenue is deposited into Washington's Motor Vehicle Fund, MTCA Operating <br />Account (60%) MTCA Capital Account (25%) and MTCA Stormwater Account (15%). <br />$20M+ was collected in aviation fuel HST annually, yet cleanup grants to airports awarded averaged only <br />$741,266 <br />
