Task 6: Development code updates <br /> Under this Task, Kimley-Horn will prepare comprehensive plan policy and/or development <br /> code changes to create permitting processes for clean energy projects as defined by <br /> Kittitas County. It is anticipated that the code updates would identifywhere uses would be <br /> permitted and would include special development standards for each clean energy use to <br /> identify permit conditions, permit processes, and required application materials.
