BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1/1OTHOF 1OlO MENTAL HEALTH AND <br />CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TAX ADVISORY BOARD BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />ADOPTED this <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the 1/1Oth of lo/o Mental Health and Chemical dependency Tax <br />Advisory Board bylaws as presented. <br />4u^, <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2026J2a^ <br />Resolution No.2022-185 established the 1/10th of lYo Mental Health and <br />Chemical dependency Tax Advisory Board to make recommendations <br />surrounding the use of related tax funding; and <br />the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in June 2023 through resolution2}23-l2l; and <br />the committee finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission <br />and committee processes; and <br />on October 30th ,2025,the committee approved the updated bylaws; and <br />the Kittitas County Public Health Department Human Services Division <br />expanded the conflict-of-interest section and incorporated the update into <br />the most recent bylaws by reference and attached hereto; and <br />of 2026. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, Chair <br />Chair <br />of Board <br />Brett w <br />Commissioner
