Flatwork shall <br />conform to the <br />requirements of the <br />specifications with <br />regard to tolerance. <br />Would be more cost effective to pour <br />extra concrete at landings with gravel <br />grading consistent through out. <br />Revise <br />Regarding Flat Stair Pads: Because the stadium contractor needs each of the stair pad ares to <br />be perfectly flat with no allowable variance, the added cost is for laborers to hand grade each <br />pad area and ensure they are perfectly flat.
