Stormwater Permit by others. <br />Rock excavation (i.e. Solid Rock, Caliche, Hard Pan, Cemented Soils and/or Boulders larger than 1 Cubic Yard) have not been included. Price Negotiation will be <br />required if these materials are encountered. <br />Subtotal <br />Over Excavation of Unsuitable Material has not been accounted for, price negotiation will be required if these materials are encountered. <br />Actual quantities installed shall be tracked/measured and the basis of payment at the unit prices included in this proposal unless otherwise agreed. <br />Due to global supply chain disruptions and market volatility we reserve the exclusive right to adjust our proposal for material escalation. <br />Proposal is valid for 30 days. Flatwork shall <br />conform to the <br />requirements of the <br />specifications with <br />regard to tolerance. <br />Would be more cost effective to pour <br />extra concrete at landings with gravel <br />grading consistent through out. <br />Revise <br />Regarding Flat Stair Pads: Because the stadium contractor needs each of the stair pad ares to <br />be perfectly flat with no allowable variance, the added cost is for laborers to hand grade each <br />pad area and ensure they are perfectly flat. This is going to take more time and labor <br />throughout the concourse slab than originally anticipated from the bid documents. <br />revise this to 8 EA at $700 <br />each for total of $5,600.00 <br />TOTAL: $24,850 <br />Yes, thank you.
