KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment #2 <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of December 31, 2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Thorp <br />School District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1, 2025 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: <br />The term of this Agreement shall continue until June 30, 2026. <br />Under Exhibit `A"SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work is amended to the statement as follows: <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following <br />activities: <br />+ Implementation of a dedicated program designed to meet developmental needs, <br />foster mental health and prevent substance abuse including: <br />0 3-week after -school program for 3rd - 5th grade students <br />0 3-week after -school program for 6th - 8th grade students <br />o weekend retreat for secondary students <br />o special sessions with a counselor at 5th grade camp <br />o weeklong session of summer camp <br />+ Continued use of outdoor education model, capitalizing <br />on nature -based interventions, and building social -emotional resiliency through <br />education, hands-on activities, and team building <br />Staffing costs for the Student Services Executive Director, School Counselor, <br />classified staff and certified staff <br />Kittitas County Amendment to: ILA, AGS, InterDept.
