KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment #2 <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of December 31, 2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Ellensburg <br />School District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1, 2025 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: <br />The term of this Agreement shall continue until June 30, 2026, <br />Under Exhibit "A"SCOPE OF WORK <br />Behavior Specialists at Morgan Middle School and Ellensburg High School <br />The District will replace previously funded classified Engagement Specialist positions with <br />certificated Behavior Specialist positions at Morgan Middle School and Ellensburg High School. <br />These positions provide data -informed intervention, crisis prevention, progress monitoring, <br />and coordination with counseling and community partners. <br />Temporary Contracted Behavioral Health Services at Ellensburg High School <br />For the current school year (2025-2026) only, the District will fund: <br />Ellensburg High School Mental Health Counselor (contracted through ESD105) <br />Ellensburg High School Student Assistance Professional (partial funding, contracted through <br />ESD105) <br />Kittitas County Amendment to: ILA, AGS, InterDept.
