KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of December 31, 2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Kittitas <br />School District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1, 2025 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: <br />The term of this Agreement shall continue until June 30, 2026. <br />Under Exhibit "A"SCOPE OF WORK <br />A. Social Worker (District Truancy Liaison) <br />The social worker also serves as the District's truancy liaison, coordinating with families, courts, <br />and community agencies. <br />B. Behavior Specialist at Kittitas Elementary and Secondary School <br />This position will provide data -informed intervention, crisis prevention, progress monitoring, and <br />coordination with counseling and community partners. <br />C. Employee Assistance Program <br />The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, short-term counseling and support <br />services to employees and their eligible family members at no cost. The program is designed to <br />help individuals address personal or work -related challenges that may impact well-being, <br />performance, or relationships. <br />D.
