KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of December 31, 2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Easton <br />School District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1, 2025 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: <br />The term of this Agreement shall continue until June 30, 2026. <br />Under Exhibit "B" COMPENSATION <br />Any unspent funds that were to be spent during the 2025 contract year may <br />be carried over to June 30, 2026, and additional funding under this agreement <br />shall also include $8,950 <br />2.
